Norbert Boron
Norbert Boron is a Senior Strategist with specialist expertise in data strategy and analysis.
He brings technical rigour and strategic thinking to BOP’s work across both Research and Strategy and Planning, ensuring that approaches and recommendations are grounded in robust evidence.
Norbert leads on much of BOP’s data offer, streamlining BOP’s approach to data collection and analysis. He also heads BOP500, BOP’s dedicated data and insight service. His recent clients include Bloomberg Philanthropies, UNESCO and University of the Arts London, and he plays a key data advisory role in supporting BOP’s expanding work across the MENA region.
Before joining BOP, Norbert led the cross-border payments Upfront Validation programme at Citibank in London. He also served as Business Development Director at EHS VR, where he drove the international growth of a Virtual Reality training platform.
He holds an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School and an MSc in Computer Science from Vistula University.
