Rebecca Davison-Mora

Rebecca Davison-Mora leads BOP’s communications and enables new business activity, ensuring our work, expertise, and impact are clearly communicated across all channels.

She plays a central role in shaping our strategic offer, working closely with the consultancy team to develop proposals and identify opportunities that respond to client needs.

With a background in cultural policy, Rebecca brings a sharp understanding of how cultural organisations, funders, and governments communicate their value. She has extensive experience developing communication strategies, delivering flagship events, building brand awareness, and leading strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining BOP, Rebecca worked in the contemporary art sector, with her work and writing featured in publications including Canadian Art Magazine and The Art Newspaper.

She holds a BA in Creative Writing from York University and an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London, where she specialised in cultural relations.

She is a registered mentor with Arts Emergency, an organisation dedicated to helping under-resourced young people flourish in higher education and the cultural industries.
