Ulrike Chouguley
Ulrike is a research and evaluation specialist with experience of working with arts and cultural organisations in the UK and internationally.

Ulrike has almost 15 years of experience in designing and conducting consultancy projects, research and evaluations. Her areas of specialism include impact research for festivals and other cultural organisations, as well as carrying out qualitative and quantitative research projects in the cultural heritage sector.
She has extensive experience in developing outcomes-based evaluation frameworks, designing evaluation methodologies and working with organisations to improve their evaluation practice and culture.
Her clients include, Edinburgh Festivals, DCMS, UNESCO, the European Commission and Arts Council England.
Ulrike holds a PhD from City University, London, an MA in Cultural Policy and Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of European Media & Culture from Bauhaus University, Weimar, and University Lyon II Lumiere.
