Yuhan Ji
Yuhan Ji is an economist specialising in research and evaluation across the cultural and creative industries.

Since joining BOP, she has contributed to a wide range of UK and international projects, bringing clear, tailored methods and analysis to her work with cultural organisations, government bodies, and international agencies.
Yuhan draws on a broad set of analytical tools, including impact assessment, financial modelling, and econometrics, using methods from the HM Treasury Green Book to deliver robust and credible results. She is skilled at adapting complex findings for different audiences and client needs.
Recent work includes mapping the economic footprint of the cultural industries in Barbados to inform new national policy and conducting a Cost-Benefit Analysis for the BFI’s UK Global Screen Fund. Other clients include UNESCO, the Edinburgh Festivals, the National Theatre, and the BBC.
Prior to joining BOP, Yuhan worked at FTI Consulting and the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures (SISJAC) at the University of East Anglia.
She holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in History of Art and Archaeology of East Asia from SOAS, University of London.
She is fluent in Mandarin and speaks conversational Japanese.
