Rachel Kuhn

Rachel Kuhn leads our strategy and planning work, assisting clients in realising transformative initiatives, executing capital projects, and shaping destinations.

She is recognised as one of the UK’s foremost authorities on visitor experience, operations, business and commercial planning in museums, galleries, and visitor attractions.

Rachel has worked on numerous flagship strategies, new openings and capital projects with some of the world’s leading cultural organisations. Some of her recent clients include Tower Bridge (City Bridge Foundation), Trinity College Dublin, The National Archives, Turner Contemporary, and the National Tourism Development Authority of Ireland, Fáilte Ireland.

She brings to her work extensive industry experience, having worked for numerous world-class visitor attractions and cultural venues including the SouthBank Centre, Wellcome Collection, Museum of London, Merlin Entertainments, and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP). As part of QEOP’s senior management team, Rachel oversaw the reopening of the park following the London 2012 games and led the development and launch of Carsten Holler’s The Slide at the Orbit in 2016.

Rachel holds a master’s degree in Organisational Analysis and Human Resources Management (MSc) from Kings College London, and an undergraduate degree in Arts Management (BA) from London Southbank University. She has been accredited by Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) as a Better Business Cases Practitioner – recognising her skill in preparing and reviewing business cases in line with HM Treasury’s Green Book.

Rachel is a trustee of the Arts Council England IPSO, Kids in Museums, a trustee at The Postal Museum and a mentor with Somerset House's Black Business Residency.
