Rhiannon Davies
Rhiannon Davies is an experienced consultant with expertise in research and evaluation.

At BOP, she has led and contributed to a wide range of evaluations, impact studies, and research projects bringing a rigorous approach and deep client understanding.
As an evaluator, Rhiannon’s work includes the programme-level evaluation of the Great Place scheme (Arts Council England and National Lottery Heritage Fund), the evaluation of BFI Film Academy (Years 8–10), and ongoing projects with the British Council. Other evaluation clients include Create Central, RHS Wisley, National Centre for Writing, and the London Creative Network.
Her recent research and strategy projects include developing the Design Value Framework with the Social Design Institute at UAL (part of the Design Council’s Design Economy programme), research for the Local Government Association on the role of Combined Authorities in the creative industries, and work with the Birmingham and Coventry Cultural Compacts on cross-sector engagement strategies.
Before joining BOP, Rhiannon worked at the Audience Agency, supporting clients such as the Royal Shakespeare Company, Birmingham International Dance Festival, and Culture Central.
She holds a BA in English from the University of Birmingham and is a board member of BOM (Birmingham Open Media), an immersive arts organisation, empowering communities through immersive innovation & learning.
