To capture and evidence this influence, BOP Consulting worked with Frieze to evaluate the economic and social impact of its fairs in Los Angeles, New York, Seoul, and London.
Our multi-year commission combined rigorous economic modelling with qualitative insights to build a comprehensive picture of Frieze’s contribution. We designed a bespoke impact framework, analysing audience and participant spending alongside tailored surveys for each fair. In parallel, we carried out a social impact assessment, highlighting how Frieze strengthens local ecosystems through partnerships, community engagement, and cultural participation.
This body of work has enabled Frieze to demonstrate its value not only to host cities but also globally.
