The Hub builds on LLDC’s long-standing commitment to inclusive growth and its mission to ensure local people benefit from the opportunities emerging across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and East Bank, the Park’s new cultural district.

BOP’s evaluation assessed how the Hub has delivered against its aims, including creating pathways into creative work through programmes such as STEP, Creative Connect, and Freelance Exchange. The review explored what has worked well, where challenges remain, and how the Hub can evolve to reach more young people and strengthen its long-term impact.

BOP brought a deep understanding of the site’s cultural and social role from our previous longstanding engagement with the site. Our findings will inform the next phase of LLDC’s skills and inclusion strategy—helping shape Good Growth Hub 2.0 as a stronger, more connected platform for East London’s creative future.
