This iconic development will set new standards for cultural excellence, attract discerning international audiences, and advance Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.
The overarching strategy brings together exclusive art experiences, world-class cultural infrastructure, and curated programming across two major sites, designed to position the Red Sea as a premier destination for culture and creativity.
In partnership with Future City, we developed a Curatorial Masterplan that provides the creative and institutional blueprint. This spans from site-specific installations that respond to the Red Sea’s unique natural and cultural context to the creation of anchor venues including a contemporary art museum and performing arts centres.
We also designed governance, operating, and financial models for each cultural asset, alongside a Cultural Programming Strategy to animate the destination year-round with landmark events, international brand partnerships, sponsorships, artist residencies, and cultural initiatives.
Backed by a robust business case and targeted audience engagement frameworks, our work is positioning Red Sea Global’s development as a differentiated cultural destination that will redefine the Red Sea region and establish Saudi Arabia as a global leader in culture and creativity.
